New Teacher Success Program
Workshop: In this interactive session, new educators gain practical tools and strategies to navigate their first years with confidence. From classroom management to parent communication, teachers will leave equipped with tips they can implement immediately.
Consulting Program: Over 8 weeks, we partner with new teachers to strengthen their instructional practices, establish routines, and build the confidence needed to thrive in their roles. Together, we’ll address common challenges, celebrate small wins, and set a foundation for long-term success.

Building Strong Teacher-Student Relationships
Workshop: Relationships are at the heart of teaching. This workshop gives educators strategies to connect authentically with students, create safe and supportive environments, and foster a culture of trust and respect.
Consulting Program: Over 8 weeks, I work alongside teachers to implement intentional relationship-building practices. Through reflective exercises, coaching, and real-time classroom applications, we create pathways for stronger engagement, improved behavior, and deeper student investment in learning.

Black Girls
with Excellence
Workshop: This session equips teachers with culturally responsive strategies to affirm, uplift, and support Black girls in the classroom. Educators will learn how to honor identity, address biases, and create spaces where Black girls can thrive academically and socially.
Consulting Program: Over 8 weeks, we guide educators through lessons and activities that center Black girls’ voices, highlight their strengths, and challenge deficit-based narratives. Teachers will leave with concrete strategies and a renewed commitment to fostering excellence and equity.
