What is the Y Not Me
Mentorship Experience?
Y Not Me is more than a mentorship program-it's a movement. Designed for Black girls in middle school, this program reminds every participant that they are already enough, already worthy, and already positioned for purpose. With faith, love, and intentional guidance, our girls will walk boldly into who God has called them to be.
This mentorship program is designed to uplift, guide, and empower Black girls in 6th- 8th grade. Through monthly sessions, interactive workshops, sister circles, and personal reflections, girls will explore four core values...
Core Values
Self-Respect
Setting boundaries, standing tall in your truth, and treating yourself and others with dignity.
Self-Care
Prioritizing your mental, emotional, and physical well-being as an act of strength and self-honor.
Self-Love
Embracing who you are, inside and out, and celebrating your unique beauty, voice, and presence.
Self-Value
Recognizing your worth, your power, and your right to dream, lead, and take up space.
